To
expand the outreach of ICTC service HP State
AIDS Control Society Launched Mobile ICTC Vans.
The main purpose of this Mobile ICTC Van was to
access hard areas & to provide testing service
to those who can’t reach out our ICTCs due to
distance of ICTCs from their homes. Total 4270
person tested in mobile
